Two full bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a shower). 1 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 singles). LOCATION: flat located in Eixample izquierdo just 3 minutes from the famous Paseo de Gracia. Just 5 minutes from the flat you’ll find the metro stop Digonal (L3 and L5)
1 month´s rent If following your departure there are no imperfections, we shall proceed to refunding the deposit. The maximum period for the refund is 1 month

Cancellation
A complete refund is only possible 60 days before the arrival date and the cancellation takes place within 24 hours following the time at which you make the booking. 50% of the amount will be refunded when you cancel at least 45 days before your arrival. Cancellations that are carried out 44 days before your arrival are non-refundable.
Bookings
To carry out the booking, we require a token payment corresponding to 1 month’s rent. Once the booking is complete, we ask that you send us a copy of your matriculation number or even a copy of your placement contract.
General Conditions
Rent: the rent will be paid in advance every month.
Agency fees: 150€ per booking
Supplies: 40€ monthly (not included in the price).
Contract: fortnightly but low season (daily)
If, in a fortnight you are only 7 days or less, you only pay for the days of your stay
If, in a fortnight you are 8 days or more, you pay the full fortnight
