Single bedroom in a shared flat. In the flat you’ll find: a large living-dining room with a balcony. A fully-equipped kitchen. Two full bathrooms 4 bedrooms (1 double and 3 individuals). LOCATION: flat located two minutes from the Les Glories shopping centre in front of a walkway with gardens. Just minutes from the famous Paseo de Gracia. Just 5 minutes from the flat you’ll find the metro stop Encants (L2).
1 month´s rent If following your departure there are no imperfections, we shall proceed to refunding the deposit. The maximum period for the refund is 1 month

Cancellation
A complete refund is only possible 60 days before the arrival date and the cancellation takes place within 24 hours following the time at which you make the booking. 50% of the amount will be refunded when you cancel at least 45 days before your arrival. Cancellations that are carried out 44 days before your arrival are non-refundable.
Bookings
To carry out the booking, we require a token payment corresponding to 1 month’s rent. Once the booking is complete, we ask that you send us a copy of your matriculation number or even a copy of your placement contract.
General Conditions
Rent: the rent will be paid in advance every month.
Supplies: A total of 40€ for supplies is included in the price.
Contract renewal: if you wish to extend the contract, the sum to be paid will be 120€/person. For an extension of one month, the total to pay will be 60€/person.
